(aerie has some but I'm sure others do too)  I think the sheer back is part of what gives it more of an edge for your style. I love it with the jeans but can see it with your skirts too. The anorak looks perfect! But when I scrolled to the white top, I had that little gasp reaction. It is incredibly flattering, but maybe I'm not judging it against your style as some of the others are... Mine was just a gut reaction to how great you look in it. I actually think that the sheer back, even if it could read soft and feminine, actually gives it a little edge (sort of the sexy unexpected edge on a soft white top). I could picture it with leather pants too, which would keep it from looking corporate, and with jeans it has that sort of timeless magic that Angie gets with her crisp button downs. But then you could add a black leather studded cuff... So yeah... I guess you could say I'm pulling for the white top. Great color. I love the gathered waist and all the details. Is it waterproof or water-repellant?  The blouse is great with jeans. I'd add a cami, if my bra was going to show, otherwise I don't think I would. Do you want it to work with other things? I think the sheerness, semi-low neck and lack of collar keep it from being too officey. You could play up the slightly semi-officeyness with a black skirt of similar construction. I'd try it with sandals.
