They are both sooo close to being purchase-worthy! I like the fabric (100% cotton) of the Max Studio one, and the style, but I'm not keen on green and brown together. Just my own little weird thing. I like the shape and the color of the Mod Cloth one, but it's 100% polyester and quite inexpensive, so I worry about the quality....
