Your photographs and friends are beautiful Airin, I think the slight imperfections in a face are what makes us beautiful. Would Cindy Crawford have been allowed her mole is she had started modelling now?

I think they will actually like them and show their friends. Really, it doesn't make much sense, but when I photograph my friends, they ask me to really photoshop their faces and bodies (which I don't even know how to do), I don't get why but well... besides, my unprofessional models have better skin than the ones in those photos. Here are two friends of mine, no Photoshop on their skin, just some make-up and natural light. Their skin may not be 'perfect', but I think it's good enough. Really, such smoothness is impossible.

Gosh, the models provide nothing more than an outline.

Ok, so I knew Photoshop played a big role in the pictures we see in magazines. I just didn't know it played such a big, huge role.

I just encountered the site of an amazing retoucher who I guess works for magazines and such, and he's kind enough to show Befores and Afters of his work.

Check them yourself. I thought I was the only one with skin issues...
