With my personal colouring, wearing all dark footwear really feels heavy. Yet I want to extend the leg line, and slushy miserable weather in winter means it's somewhat foolish to wear light coloured bottoms. Last night I watched my boyfriend's band play outdoors and then we went out to dinner, and I didn't get a picture (Drats!) but it was a success. I wore my high neck cream lace top and layered a new blush sweater over it, wore two long necklaces that I've worn together before, paired it with my destroyed boyfriend jeans and added boot toppers to my new gray booties to fill in the gap. Those few tweaks made it all work, and brought the boho vibe into a warmer outfit. I'm going to have to remember this for winter. It CAN be done! </p>
