I agree the slight curve in the hem is actually really good.</p> <p>I just had a top altered similarly — it was an old top I’ve had for many years, and I’ve always struggled with the length, which came all the way down to crotch level in front, which is just bad on my proportions. I had it altered to a shorter, gently curved hem, and it’s so much better! I think I’m going to have a new NAS blouse altered in the same way. For reference, I had ordered a cropped boxy denim shirt from Old Navy, but the package was returned and it was sold out. I bought this one from Target that had a shirt tail hem, and asked the tailor to shorten and straighten the hem. He still rounded it, which was not what I was wanting, but it's better than what it was .... </p>
