I agree with Angie though, that the first one was slightly better, because it felt like a stand alone movie, and this one is fantastic, but does have that feeling like it's meant to be a follow-up movie, and have a sequel (kind of like the second Lord of the Rings movie). Love that there's another Alan Moore fan on the forum.<br /> I loved The Dark Knight, and you're right Ana- it was really intense! I was actually surprised at how dark it was (even for Batman, which is always kind of... Gothic). I wouldn't have minded a little more Cillian Murphy though- I just loved the Scarecrow in Batman Begins.<br /> And for a little bit of fashion talk- I loved the costuming choices they made for the Joker. Much less cartoonish than Jack Nicholson's version, but still maintaining the spirit of the character.
