They are sold on Nordstrom and a bunch of other retailers so i'm sure they ship/sell them in Canada :)<br /><br />Regarding size, I bought a 32F. I like my bra's a bit tighter and that is my usual cup size. I'd say they run true to size.<br /><br />And YES they give you life. Crazy crazy lift. It has six clasps, sits higher on the chest for more coverage, comes in extended sizes and in gorgeous colors, AND isn't that pricey:&nbsp;<a rel="nofollow" href="http://bit.ly/12lWwYf">http://bit.ly/12lWwYf</a><br />I didn't want to post a pic here but its from Freya if you want to check it out in the link above.&nbsp;<br /><br />Has anyone else found any alternatives to this? it's now my mission to only wear bra's that help with this issue
