I like the tiny smidge of room a the top because it allows you to wear them with pants tucked inside, plus I think it can highlight your slender calves. You look fabulous in all the photos. To my eye, the belt plus boots looks best. The belt plus oxfords is a close second. They are available at Nordies and on sale at Amazon. </p> <p>I've attached some close-ups (pics1-3) and a full shot of me (pic 4)--giggling as my dear husband contorted his body to take the shot!</p> <p>I'd love everyone's opinions: are these a good fit for a dress boot?</p> <p>For others who might want to try them, I took a couple pics (5-6) with measurements. The boots fit snugly along my 13-13.5" calves, though there's a bit of a gap at the top...too much? Is the shaft is a good height for me? I wasn't quite sure how to measure the height...hope the picture (#6) is decent.</p> <p>Edited to add: I bought them in a size 7, and they are TTS.</p> <p>Finally, pics 7-9 are what I wore today. Do you prefer the look without the black woven belt (#7) or with (#8)?
