They are no brainers for gals like us--one and (mostly) done. I feel great in them. My support acts have been sweaters (cropped or long cardi--no in between), longish tuxedo blazers, and cropped denim jackets. That's how I get my wear out of the base piece. I also switch up the jewelry and shoes: casual (even super casual, like flip flops for day wear), pumps for evening, and work-related (from Okalas to booties and shooties). While you may need to edit down or refrain from too many more, don't underestimate the value of the dress because we live in a separates world. Separates are HARD: hard to fit; hard to style. I don't always have the time or patience. And if I mess up, I don't feel good. But my dresses are always winners. They really do seem like very different dresses with different uses. I agree this one appears like it could go more casual. Maybe it just depends on your needs. It's hard to make decisions when everything fits- I know sometimes I just get so excited by the fact it fits and looks good that I buy it even though it doesn't have a place in my life. If you are choosing just one really think of where and how you'll be wearing it.
