Sort of how you would pinch from the outside with your fingers, but from the inside of the dress instead. It runs big - in a S it still has that 80s oversized look. But I am going to cut the belt loops (it was cheap because belt was missing) and maybe get the waist notched in a little, and leave it at that. The color is more me than white, and I used credit so it didn't "cost" in my head. What do you think?
