I didn’t follow up in the original thread. I decided to sleep on it. I thought about how I go about my day in the office and couldn’t really see making either of them work without alteration. If I was head over heels in love with them, I would have altered. I liked both jackets but wasn’t wowed by them. Ultimately, the green faux leather was too firm to be comfortable and the wrinkly sleeves on the Caslon just didn’t look right to me. I guess I’ll have to continue the hunt... I was interested in trying this after reading Janet’s post but the website said it wasn’t available in my size at the store and I’m done with online ordering for now. Imagine my surprise to find it on the racks in both medium and small. This dress is fab! When a garment makes me gasp because it’s so perfect—that’s when I know it’s right!
