My trinas cross my right pinky just at the base, and then the wider bit of my foot (ok looks like it might be getting into bunion territory) pokes out the side. It was&nbsp;<i>almost&nbsp;</i>a deal breaker when I first picked them up. I wore them around the house a lot before I took them outside. But they totally work and don't pinch at all. I'll show you the pic I took the day I got them. If you can get past how terrible my feet look, you'll see the right bit of my foot poking out. It doesn't bother me in the least.
