First, a big thank you to all forum members and especially Angie for creating a place that feels safe and supportive. As a classic introvert, de-lurking is a scary thing, but the kindness you all show to newcomers is encouraging. I have been reading here for years, and have learned so much. I had always enjoyed beautiful clothes....colors, textures, self-expression, but in the midst of raising children, I had lost my way and myself. Not a new story, of course. As my children are slowly launching, I have been able to turn some of my focus back to style. I have body doubles here, and have shared in their frustrations and triumphs as they figure out what works. I am a lemming and have tried many of the items that work for you all. I discovered Nordstrom, Zappos, and completely changed the haphazard way I used to shop. I have learned never to settle, and am teaching the same to my oldest daughter. Now I hope in some small way to give back to the forum, in thanks for all the forum and Angie has given me. </p>
