Even though I soaked it and hung it outside in the sun for days, it still had that horrible chemical smell and I couldn't stand to use it. I've recommended it here several times. I have two and always wear them with mid-rise pants, especially jeans. I like the adjustability, and I love the very flat profile. If you are untucked or wearing a fitted top, they don't poke out like a regular belt buckle would do. But if you tuck or semi-tuck, the buckle looks nice enough to show. I never calculate cost-per-wear, but if I did, I am sure I am in the negatives for both of these belts at this point. It’s polished enough looking that I can also semi tuck with it. People argue you can do the same thing with a regular belt, but even my smallest belts have hardware that sticks out, or the leather creates a bulky line around the waistband.
