I love their aesthetic. I ordered a few pairs of jeans and some basic tops. I thought the quality of everything was good. I found that all the jeans were cut for a straighter figure, so they did not work for me. I also could not wear the tops because the shoulders seemed to be cut on the wide side, and I have narrow shoulders. So I ended up returning everything. They seemed different (like COS differs from H&M too) and great for thirty somethings willing to pay a bit more for better quality - back then. I own a cashmere sweater that I love from that time that has only pilled mildly (and can be de-pilled quite easily). But in recent years I've found they now seem to aim for teenagers more, with lots of trendy but impractical clothes (like last year's wrap tops that you cannot wear decently without a camisole) and worse fit. I now regard them as one of the many 'hit & miss' brands so am with minaminu. They are alpaca, really pretty buttons -- but if they were nice alpaca they would not be soo itchy that I can feel it even through a t shirt! I think this is noticeable in the shapes of the pieces, I usually like the pieces designed in Paris.  Sizes tends to be smaller than HM, the materials are hit or miss.. The good thing is that they try to recycle the material. Their jewellery section is very nice as well, imho. Hope it helps! The vibe seems somewhat like H&M but somewhat higher prices so hopefully higher quality. They are owned by the same company that owns H&M..At least some of the shipping options are  free and so are returns . The closest store to me is in NYC so that's not happening :-)  A lot of the recent YLF finds from this company have some tech issue where the image is not displaying, so you have to click through to the stories web site to see the items.  Thanks all!
