They are comfortable out of the box for me and run true to size. Alas, I don't know about the Sartos. But I do like the loafers I own from Sarto. The Eccos are more casual than Angie's options because of the rubbery sole, but I also find that sole works well when wearing dark as well as light items. Not to mention, it prevents slipping.
