I've had them for 4 years and they still look new. I have the Point and first tried my normal size, but they shrank a tiny bit in the wash (I can't remember if I accidentally put them in warm instead of cold), so I went up half a size and they've been perfect. I believe some of the other styles don't require sizing up. They're made of knit plastic so they do *not* stretch to any significant degree. They can shrink but not expand. </p> <p>They're the most comfortable shoes I wear to work (they feel like slippers), and I see a lot of other women wearing them. It's fun at meetings when I spot another pair or two in the room! However, they don't have any arch support. So if that's an issue, they may not be as comfortable for you. You can put your own insert in if needed but I haven't tried that myself.</p> <p>They're easy to toss in (cold!) wash to remove any odors or clean them up.
