That is gorgeous on you. I hope it's a keeper. Would love to see the other jacket that's on its way as well. It can be tough to choose between two items that seem like they would serve such different purposes!

Wow ! I love this color ! and the asymmetry of this coat... PERFECT !

It is so great to see winter coats in great colors !

I personally like a straighter coat on the bottom - not A line but it does look good on you.

If it does not fit or if it is not perfect... maybe wait... steam it out and see what it looks like at its best though before sending it back.

In deciding whether to keep it, I would be concerned about the fit if you cannot wear a sweater underneath it (due to being too tight in the arms). Of course if it is warm enough, so you will never want to wear a layer underneath, then that is fine. As for the wrinkling, I agree with Staysfit and Aliona. That said, the colour is beautiful and it looks great on - but you may want to return and wait for the perfect item to come along.....

It's a lovely colour. However, I agree with Staysfit on the wool quality: even after being packed, a good quality wool shouldn't be that wrinkled. You mention it's lightweight, so it could be the wool is too light for the lining they paired it with (in which case it might never look the same after dry cleaning). I like the fit just fine, but, to be honest, I'm not wowed by how it hangs (probably the wool weight again). I like it best closed--provides more structure--which means not seeing the lining.

The color is gorgeous and so is the print. It looks wrinkled, and I'm hoping that is just because it was shipped to you. Squeeze it in your fist and make sure it doesn't hold wrinkles easily. If it does, I would send it back. Good quality wool shouldn't wrinkle that easily.

It looks gorgeous with a capital G on you! Especially nice in the two closed versions and it will look great open once it has been pressed or steamed. The lining is very complimentary and pretty. A really lovely find.

The Ted Baker coat finally arrived, and the colour and lining are simply gorgeous. I don't consider myself a flower person, but his prints are quite stunning. This jacket is a lighter wool, good for the mild winter temperatures we're having at the moment. Knee length, two button. It fits well at the waist and shoulder, a bit cozy in the armpit, but not as much as my Majesty pea coat, which I can no longer wear due to weight lifting. In general, I have always found sleeves to be tight, so finding garments that fit well in the sleeve and shoulder has been a challenge. I haven't decided if I'm keeping this, because I have an epic denim jacket (the first in over a decade!) that is on its way that would eat up my clothing budget for the next while.
