He was 16 years old and ever since he passed away, there isn't a single minute that I'm not thinking of him or missing him.&nbsp;</p> <p>People find it strange that i say he's the greatest love of my life, but he truly was, is and always will be.... he owned my heart and my soul... for he taught me how to love unconditionally and always give :)</p> <p>It's so hard to say goodbye, isn't it? I know what it feels like to hold onto things and not want to make changes when our canine babies leave us. I still have my dog's leash and collar because I wanted her to roam free in the next life, and couldn't throw it away. </p> <p>You did a really good thing by giving him a loving, caring home and a life worth living. The only thing I hate about dogs is that we often outlive them....it really sucks.
