My go-to formal clutches are the 20 yo bronze tasseled Anya hindmarch (before she went off the rails with graphic designs) and a 5 year mother of pearl inlaid one with a wooden latch. Two big plastic bins full of bags. Went kinda crazy for them about fifteen years ago, and spent the next few years unrestrained. And yet I only used a very few regularly. The same 2-3 favorites for winter/summer work, ditto for casual time. Since 2014 I've had a major life change - I don't work, and with reduced income, and a good supply of bags, can't justify new purchases. Though I did just spend a little for a light fanny pack while a shoulder injury heals.</p> <p>My Nordies has a VERY nice designer bag dept. The one I am passing on was a crossbody that was long and always sat on my hip, and was often discolored by my dark wash jeans. I don’t wear dark wash jeans much during the summer, and this isn’t a cross body, so I hope to avoid dye transfer.
