But we love iced lemon tea too. </p> <p>A killer cup of hot tea is my meditation. It calms me down. Allows me to think. Pause. Contemplate. Stay in control. I drink strong Earl Grey with a spot of skimmed milk and sugar. Or English Breakfast and Lady Grey. MUST be served in fine bone china - or a take-out cup. I can't handle drinking tea from a mug with a thick lip. I order hot chocolate if that is the only way the tea is served. </p> <p>I drink Asian tea black. Jasmine or Green are best. Occasionally a stunning hot sweet Indian Chai. </p> <p>I'm not all that fond of herbal teas and flavoured teas. I am a purest I guess!
