I think it is a good look for the summer and because it is lighter than the pink and pure white it creates more drama and contrast. It is also structured which also contrasts with the softness of the shirt. That is what I meant about drama, does not have to be black although black does work well for you. The reason why I think it doesn't work with the gray is that both pieces are more of a pastel, and with your skin tone you need a bright to contrast with the pastel to make it work. (I am the same way.) So even though it's a white jacket, it's a bright white. A black blazer or moto jacket would be great, make it look less pastel and more Tarzy. Charcoal grey would also work.
