I'd add any point-toe flat, especially a lace-up front one. A pointy-toe kitten heel might be nice. Ballerinas would work, but I think a pointy toe would read more "2016." Also, maybe try a sleek old school trainer in black or gray, like New Balances or something. I don't see any reason you couldn't wear them with flats.
