The look of a rolled up sleeve suits my style, but this Find from Nili Lotan has an exquisitely long sleeve. The C&amp;C California find is out of stock, but that cut also was nice and long on me. Ann Taylor would also be a good option to try, and Eddie Bauer - both do talls online, and anything can be returned to the store. Maybe Talbots? Many of them come in tall (they can be really long, mind you). I'm 5'9, and their regular shirts are definitely long enough on the arms for me.
