I'm guessing that's Angie's influence - lol!</p> <p>For me, I find it a little easier for the shoe to not be completely white - I have the Doc Sara oxfords (black and white), the Petty booties (primarily white but also some black and grey), my bone/silver sandals and my light cream laser cut oxfords. None of them are all solid bright white. I have a pair of cream colored (read as white, but not optic white) oxfords that have a menswear vibe and a certain formality to them. I love them and wore them less in our hot, humid summer than I do now. I am experimenting for fall with contrasting black pants, jeans and my black tube skirt. I may also wear them with winter white trousers. I like the look, though I know it makes for conspicuous feet. Part of it for me is the addition of a white leather jacket to my wardrobe, and wondering if perhaps a bit of white in a shoe might not be nice for bookending.&nbsp;</p> <p>I'm not sure I should go for an all-white shoe, but I have been looking at some graphic black and white options, and I wouldn't rule out a white shoe, if it were the right one.&nbsp;</p> <p>I'm thinking of booties, oxfords, loafers, or flats. Perhaps a pump if it's really comfortable and dress-down-able. Something for fall through spring. Summer is too hot for a leather jacket around here, and I pretty much wear sandals all summer long anyway.&nbsp;</p> <p>I'm sure I would be quite fine without any white shoes, but I did enjoy the black and white Doc Saras.
