It was rated as the most strenuous as it involved a lot of walking for long distances on cobblestones or uneven ground. She was quite happy with it but was annoyed with some folks who had signed up who had no business signing up for something so physically demanding. I think they may have been mobility impaired and they always showed up late and delayed the group every time. They are well organized and the learning component is particularly strong. She’s been to South America, Africa, and Australia with them. She loves the inter generational trips and has taken each grandchild in turn on a wonderful adventure. It may depend on how good the guide(s) are. .like tour guides. Both said accommodations were fabulous and they felt well cared for.
