I actually went out of my way to drive back home and change, it was that bad. The fabric is horribly, dreadfully ITCHY. Was driving me nuts!!! </p> <p>I don't really have sensitive skin either - I can wear a wool sweater without an underlayer. So this is a terrible disappointment. There is something synthetic - some scratchy metallic thread in the tweed - that I think is the culprit. </p> <p>What's more, I took the tag off already!! I am still going to see if I can return it. I buy so much at that store, I'm hoping they will allow me to do that. It's a great piece to have.<br /> To get the black one maybe you could give up one or two from your closet? Of course, when I return, I often purchase items in the same amount, making it a wash.
