I'd get them and see how they fit and what the green looks like in r/l, then decide. I have tall Ecco boots that have worn well for several winters now. Sizing does seem strange though. They are my absolute favorite pair of booties I own, and the pair I reach for when my feet are feeling fussy. Good quality leather has seen me through over a 1.5 years and they still look lovely. The only care I have taken is to leather protect them at the beginning of the season and polish them.
