The technician uses a topical numbing cream, and the pain is no worse than tweezing your eyebrows. During most of the process, you don't even feel a thing. It takes two sessions to get them to where you want them - first one is the longer of two appts, the second one is a touch-up of sorts. It now means I can wipe my face with a towel &nbsp;at the gym, during yoga, go for a swim etc and not look like a wet rat. &nbsp;I can even get away without brow powder if I want to. &nbsp; I do feel kind of high-maintenance with all of this, but I have so little eyebrow hair I just had to try it. I had microblading done a couple of months ago and am pretty happy with it. It just doesn't look authentic to me - as much as that sounds annoyingly pretentious. &nbsp;It was 6C in Calgary yesterday and today - very little snow and I was inside all day with the exception of walking from a cab to the front door of the mall, the office I was at, and the airport. &nbsp;I didn't feel cold or weird at all. &nbsp;( I &nbsp;wouldn't wear them outside in any inclement weather or real amount of snow &nbsp;because of the leather /snake and white inner sole area. ) I am just not a fan of socks with runners, or stockings and pumps. I have almost the identical glasses (my favourite and most frequently worn pair), the jeans, the black vneck top, and even an Eileen Fisher coat. The only thing is my coat is black and might make the look too dark overall. My hair is pretty dark as well. Anyhoo...you look fantastic!
