The striped top seems short on you. But from my own experience, I will say this: if you don't prefer a high-contrast print, it's not going to look less high-contrast over time. If it were a top, which would be mostly covered by a topper, it would be manageable. But a dress in a print you're not crazy about is harder to wear. <br />Looks like you did well with the fit on everything.
