I went to ikea yesterday for some housewares. And as I had 2 hours to kill after I waked in the mall nearby. And I helped the fiancee look through sales at men's shoes. And left empty handed. It helped that most stores there have ridiculous prices, even on sale, and the ones I afford, there were huge lines and much stock was already gone and I was, meh.<br /> I did like two blouses, but I'm waiting for them to go on sale. And I did not buy a thing, and hardly looked at, clothing for me!! I went upstairs and to the cafe for some wine and a cheese platter to kill a 1/2 hour while he got measured, etc. When I came back down, I went to browse men's shoes for him and took a peek at like 5 womens' shoes along the way. Whew. Dodged a bullet! I live 1.5 hours from 'real' stores so keeping my blinders on was a biggie for me :)</p> <p>I have to admit I already felt pretty fab in my riding jacket, foldover boots and Disco Billy True Religions </p>
