They put you in a dressing room with candlelight, ask you your preferences, size you visually, and then bring you a series of suits. They also make some good suggestions: she advised me to avoid black skirted suits because they can look matronly - of course there can be exceptions but since I was buying my first post-baby suit, a skirted tankini, I wanted "sexy coverage", and I think she had a point.
