I buy all my swimsuits at bravissimo.com -- a uk shop specializing in all bigger cup sized bathing suits, bras, and clothes. Before you order, remember that uk cup sizes are different than Canadian ones -- I think a DDD is actually and F or G cup -- you can try on european /uk brands where you live, and then order, or talk to an online bra fitter. I ordered a swimsuit top that has amazing support -- you will not regret it!

Do not hesitate to buy from this shop -- it changed my life, and I do not buy bras, swimsuits, or tank tops anywhere else now. When I used to buy regular swimsuits at department stores they either squished me, or just did not offer enough support for swiming. I cannot sing their praises enough, and despite a shipping charge, (I live in Canada, and they do ship here) and buying online, their items have always fit me ten times better than anything I spent hours on in a changing room (I have been to their shops in the uk as well, and they are wonderful). Good luck

Sorry I should have mentioned that their website is awful. They have certain styles suits but bolts and books of fabric, you are not really limited on that at all.

I'm not sure of their hours this weekend, over the long weekend, though. They might only be open Saturday. My Mom was there today but she said she didn't notice if they had a sign up or not.

Sorry don't know GTA but here in Ottawa they have Forbes, a swimwear place that custom makes suits. They are made for swimmers and their fabric is excellent re chlorine, etc. They must have something similar in Toronto as it's a much larger city.

Hi everyone:

I'm having a terrible time trying to find a bathing suit that fits my chest. Originally I wanted a Speedo/TVR suit that are made out of chlorine resistent fabric that they have now since I'm doing aquafit and swimming in my pool. However, I just tried on a dozen of these, and none have the bust support I need....even though they have built it bras in them. I'm a 34DD (apparently) and a size 10-12.

Any advice? Anyone know of a place in the GTA that could help me out with this problem?

Thanks.
