It looks like blouse and I like the   asymmetrical flounce. I wear it with pants, warm and very comfortable. Now I tried it with pencil skirt and here’s my version inspired by Angie’s post:  red sweatshirt, black pencil skirt, spots fashion tights (#2), black booties and necklace, so simple. It is fun to wear this for a change up, but I am not sure does it work.  </p> <p>I would wear coat and burgundy bag and scarf (#3)</p> <p>What do you think? As always, your comments and suggestions are very welcome. </p>
