Thanks for looking!</p> <p><b>Cookie </b>- The tall boots are a repeat purchase of a pair of Eccos I had that wore out. The arch support inside the boot wore out after 200+ wears. I liked the boots so much for comfort and the fit around the calf I bought them again and kept them as a backup until recently. I expect this new pair to last for at least as many wears as the old pair did.</p> <p><b>Jenni NZ</b> - I was lucky to get a photo before the snow came to our area. My next WIW photo will have snow in it, but it's already gone. Snow melts with in a day or two around here. Thanks for looking!</p> <p><b>Angie</b> - DH was very proud that he kept the snow shovels when we moved. We don't use them often anymore, but they do come in handy. I was uncertain about adding earth tones, but they have worked so well with the blues in my wardrobe. It's nice when you take a chance on something new and it works out! :)</p> <p><b>SarahD8</b> - Out of all the combinations I've worn the taupe striped sweater with this season, outfit #1 is my favorite. However, I have been meaning to ask if no one else has this problem with Ecco shoes and particularly boots wherein the soles just literally disintegrate out from under you at some point. We even got a couple of inches of snow (which shuts everything down because they do not salt or plow, it's so rare to get snow there's no equipment for it). As a transplant from the Northeast, I actually own a shovel, which all my neighbors borrowed. :)</p> <p>With the cold weather in town, I'm enjoying wearing some of my warmest sweaters this week paired with jeans and boots. Sweaters, jeans, and boots is such an easy and cozy outfit combination when it's cold outside.&nbsp;</p> <p><b>#1 to #3 - Stripes and Wide Legs</b><br />This Lucky Brand taupe/ivory striped mockneck sweater has been a workhorse this season because the colors are really versatile. The Paige Vintage Brunette Wide Leg jeans I added in the fall and they have been another really versatile piece. I'm surprised it's taken me this long to pair these two workhorse items together!</p> <p><b>#4 to #6 - Navy and Black</b><br />These black Ecco knee high boots don't get worn often because I favor wide leg jeans and pants right now versus skinnies and tall boots. (The last time I wore the boots is in the second outfit in this post <a rel="nofollow" href="https://youlookfab.com/welookfab/topic/wiw---keeping-it-simple">WIW - Keeping It Simple</a>).</p> <p>However, I always enjoy when I wear these boots because the fit is simply PERFECT (plus they are comfy). The navy Vince tunic vneck sweater is one of my warmest sweaters, especially when paired with a silk scarf. No good lighting this day, I barely squeezed taking these photos before the snow started.</p> <p>Thanks for looking! </p>
