I usually wear a cami under my cardigans since I have found that a short sleeve shirt just adds bulk to my upper arms (which is a problem area for me - I have FAT arms). However, Angie did offer this recommendation in another post to layer a tank that covers your bra straps under the spaghetti strap dress. If you are willing to do that, I think it would work. I plan to get fitted for a strapless bra soon, although I am very busty. 85% of the support is in the band anyway, so it shouldn't matter if there aren't any straps. The problem lies in whether you are going to be too warm in a cardigan and remove it.
