BIG mistake! I didn't see any fashion because the place was mobbed with starving people buying munchies for the game. I hit Walmart next (slow learner) and barely made it out alive. I had found one shirt to buy, but gave up because the lines were insane. I came home and licked my wounds for awhile.</p> <p>THEN both of my kids went to different Super Bowl parties and I was home alone, heh!<br /> With nothing to stop me I went to Norstrom's Last Chance outlet. It was not busy at all. I found a cashmere scarf in a pretty aquamarine color ($9.99), some nude Jessica Simpson gladiator sandals that are ridiculously comfortable ($29.99) and a hand made African straw tote with real leather handles ($4.99). Woo-hoo! I had a $50 Visa gift card and with the tax, I was right at $49 and change. Not much excitement but really cute!</p> <p>The shopping was great. I didn't make it past the outlets. I got there around 11:30 and it was like a busy weekday. By 4:30 it was practically empty and when I drove home at 6:00 the streets looked like the middle of the night!</p> <p>I think I did pretty well today. I got a few things at Loft and AT plus a couple other random things. Then as I was getting ready to leave, I passed the Esprit store. I thought, hm, I've never been in there before. Turns out they are closing (boo hoo) so everything was 60% off (yay!). I got 8 pieces for $92, including a jacket and top that I think is one of my favorite outfit combos so far. Woohoo!
