I keep one pair for indoor use and one pair for outside. They are great for my plantar fasciitis. The Bae with an extra thick platform is about 1/2 size bigger than the silver ones with a moderate platform. The lined ones fit differently still and aren't all that warm. DD and her BF found the Crocs with the tiny holes fit about 1/2 size big. Slides are available as well. There is normal arch ( I use that type ) and special one for the extra bump in the middle of the sole ( did not quite liked that ). I have high arch and high instep as well. I plan to replace them for winter because I've loved them, but I'm also thinking about a cooler pair for hotter months because they're sometimes too warm and cozy living in Atlanta...</p> <p>Just wondering if anyone has found any particular brands or styles that work! Especially if anyone has high arches and high insteps like me. I want something comfy, roomy, and flexible that will protect my feet and keep them clean without getting too warm. I've been Googling a bit, but I like to try recommendations from others, too. </p>
