Even my winters are so mild that I can wear this skirt with a sweater and boots in the winter and be fine.</p> <p><b>Cardiff Girl </b>- yes, at these times of the year it is very apparent on the forum that we are in different hemispheres. I love summer weather and the holiday vibe in my city in January. Schools are still on holiday, and everyone is a bit more laid back and relaxed after the Christmas and New Year summer break.</p> <p><b>Jonesy</b> - I love ikat prints too!</p> <p><b>Nikki</b> - it is funny how those little details can really help make a look, the tassel is beautifully constructed (in small woven beads).</p> <p><b>Ophelia </b>- We have good summer clothing in Australia because it is our dominant season.</p> <p><b>Sal </b>- in the height of summer I rely on wearing cool cotton dresses and skirts.</p> <p><b>Brooklyn</b> - you inspired the purchase of this skirt.
