Dress 1 with a different belt & a short denim jacket would be great. Don't think dress 2 is very flattering but like the jacket with jeans or a pencil skirt.

I love the sweater over the grey and cream dress. That should look fab on you. You could try a leather belt to make it more fall-like if you felt like a change. In comparison I think the beige dress is a bit too short on you. The jacket is great, but I'd suggest you donate the dress.

dress 1 is lovely on you. dress 2, i like the idea of a large scarf inside the neckline...

I think the first dress is really pretty, and so is the combo with the pink cardigan. Does that belt come off? Could you try it with another belt? That might make it more casual feeling ...

From what I can tell in the photos, the blush cardigan looks good with the first dress. If you like jean jackets, a white or blue denim one might work for going out.

The printed jacket doesn't seem to go well with the beige dress. If you like the dress, could you find a colored belt or scarf-as-belt that would work with it? I've seen skinny or medium red belts with this color dress that looked great; blue might work as well. Then you can add some interesting sandals or shoes to go with the belt or scarf.

I don't think a scarf would fit into the neckline of your dress, but if it does, and it's not too hot to do that, it could be another option. Or, a string of beads in colors that coordinate with but don't overpower the pale color. I hope this helps!

I like the first dress and agree that sweater looks like it might work beautifully (but I'd lose the giant safety pin from the sweater)! I say keep this dress, maybe wear it casually out of the office so it gets more wear.

I think the second dress is what is sometimes referred to as "soul sucking beige". I think if you wear the dress with a jacket you need to keep the color inside the jacket; putting it over the jacket looks dated and a bit precious.

I like the jacket, but it's WILD. I'd keep this for casual wear with jeans. I think the jacket in combo with the dress overall looks dated. I'd pass the dress on if you can't find a good jacket to wear over it.

Here are some summer pieces that did not get any wear yet this year.
1. grey and cream dress - very lightweight and my office is cold. Flutter sleeves make a cardigan or jacket difficult to put over. Possible solution - wider sleeve blush colored cardigan. Sorry, too hot in my house to pose for a final photo.
2. pink short sleeve button front shirt. I remembered this as fitting really well but the color is not one I'm crazy about. However, upon trying it on, the fit was not all that great, so I'm donating it.
3. Beige wrap dress - like the fit but not crazy about the (lack of) color. Print jacket - I think this just got lost in the back of my closet. I think wearing them together may work - what do you think?
