This makes fitting a jumpsuit challenging. I have best luck with cropped ones (which are basically normal length on me). But be very careful with the rise!! If the body is too short it can really cut into the crotch area, which is uncomfortable and looks weird too. I think the inconvenience of on/off especially when using public restrooms is the biggest drawback.
