To me they look "classic." &nbsp;Have you tried the Outfit Generator on Finds? Of course you can't lock in the pants, but playing around with either "Your Collection Only" or "Your Wardrobe Only" will be fun, and you can put the pants in, mentally. The smallest they had in store was 16w, which was too loose on me, but they ordered me some 14w's to try. Now that I've had time to sleep on it, I kinda regret the order. They are practical but I fear they're going to look very out of style. The thing I liked about the longer Caslon ones was that they still looked current, with the rolled hem and longer length. They fit OK, but not spectacularly, and I'm not sure if I should return or not. </p> <p>We have suddenly rocketed into too-hot-for-jeans weather - yesterday was nearly 100 degrees - and I am scrambling for something that will work on the smart casual end of things, with nice sandals or flats. I've got a few shorts for the weekends, but I want something a bit dressier, cropped<br /> pants or capris, and not in denim, because that's too hot/heavy. Any thoughts? I've looked at Loft and Gap and not been blown away by anything. </p>
