Last two years I challenged myself to tackle the really elaborate multilayer "entremet" mouse cakes, often with mirror glaze.</p> <p>Sharing photos of the ones I made this summer. I tried to take photos of both whole cakes &amp; slices,&nbsp; but did not get all of them all the time. Summer baking is all about the fruit for me, while in winter I prefer chocolate/nuts&nbsp; flavors.&nbsp; Sadly, there isn't much hope to have equivalent baking opportunities this fall/winter.</p> <ol> <li>#1/2/3 Raspberry entremet cake for friend's summer party</li> <li>#4/5 Blueberry/blackberry ombre cheesecake for the same event</li> <li>#6 Mango/coconut gluten-free mousse cake for a happy hour with work colleagues&nbsp;</li> <li>#7/8/9 Raspberry/chocolate mousse cake for a b-day of friends's 9-year old</li> <li>#10 Strawberry/white chocolate mousse cake for a friend's baby shower (it was a girl!)</li> <li>#11/12 Banana/caramel/dulcey entremet cake for a b-day party of a friend's 4-year old (who adores bananas)</li> <li>#13/14 "Shanghai lady" -&nbsp; a raspberry/grapefruit/lychee entremet cake for a friend's "end of the summer" party</li> </ol>
