Maybe I just need an alternate lighter/slightly more refined bag. If you use one bag and you have lighter hair I would vote for a lighter bag than the cognac. I love that colour and agree with Smittie that it would look great with white denim and also blue denim. But it does feel a bit heavy to me for summer. I prefer a white, bone, multicoloured, straw coloured, metallic, or bright bag in summer. I was planning to switch to the Lucky Brand bucket bag (photo 2) for the summer but now I'm thinking the color seems a bit dark. Seeing Goldenpig's beautiful new white satchel and assorted other summer bags has made me think that the Lucky bag has more of a fall/winter feel. The third photo is of another bag that I own in a slightly lighter color. I could use that but I'm a little tired of using such large shoulder-dislocating handbags. The Lucky bag is smaller--it's not really a crossbody--more of a shoulderbag. Maybe something lighter for the summer??? </p>
