(Ordered stuff delivered to a hotel, via Amazon but Shoebuy was the seller.) It was easy and relatively quick for one pair....but another pair did not get there on the expected date. This was a problem for me, as I was only there a few days, but for you would not be as big an issue. In any case, returns were a cinch.&nbsp;</p> <p>You're right about open shoes not holding up as well. Joy's theory is that it's because our feet are hot and sweaty and in contact with the shoes, which is probably partly true. Like Sarah, I used to make it through each summer with <b>ONE</b> pair of black or brown sandals...urgh. Your climate is probably quite similar to ours, and there are three months of the year when I wear sandals almost every single day. It's just too sticky and uncomfortable to wear anything else. I have 5 pairs of sandals, if that makes you feel any better (I just succumbed and purchased Vix's ecco's). I absolutely adore those Reikers, and they do make wonderfully comfortable shoes. Enjoy.
