I think I am self conscious of my feet, so I don't feel it's appropriate. For example, I would never wear a thong sandal or flip flops; just too much open foot on display. Others in the office do it, I just prefer not to... I think it's just a neurosis of mine :)</p> <p>Last summer I wore mostly peep toe wedges/pumps, closed toe wedges/pumps, and a few basic flats. I'm used to hearing that in very conservative business formal environments, but your office sounds pretty casual.
