Along with a nice top, I think wearing them with a cardigan would be ideal

Tunic tops are kind of a slam dunk, but I'd experiment with semi-tucking some of your looser tops and see if there is a happy medium in there somewhere. I think with skinnies wearing more flowing volume up top, or boxy structure (slightly more cropped tops), or tailored tops like a peplum or button-up can all work depending on your body and where the rise hits. Asymmetrical or inverse curve/hi-lo hems are also good.

Have just bought some indigo jeggings. The fit is great on the length, legs and butt. Un-ideal on the belly (or more accurately my belly is un-ideal).

I'm thinking about styling them with low rise ankle boots (to be purchased). And I guess I will need longer length tops as well? I am pretty apple shaped

I know skinnies have been around for a while / maybe on their way out but this is a new silhouette for me. Do you have any suggestions
