But I agree, just get out there and wear them with black pants. I know it can be paired with extra neon, but I think sometimes less is more. A bit in a necklace or watchband or trim can be all you need. Or instead of echoing the neon, somehow echo the color blocking with more of that or with pattern, not the neon color.
