The colors/print remind me of Peruvian Connection, which I know you like. I popped in the DC store a couple of months ago when I was in the area, but nothing really sings to me there at the moment. I usually find one a year, but this year, nope, nada. However, I did score some of those awesome Maria Cornejo pants, which are light enough that I wore them in yesterday’s heat! On me they're flowy wide crops, very different than how pic looks. Maybe they're this style? </p> <p>I did get a couple rayon Thai print skirts on Amazon, as well as a silk print one that just arrived from Australia (after a 2 month wait). Still also have my sari skirt, 3 tube skirts (often impractical with my current job duties), my Ripskirt, and 2 cold weather skirts. </p> <p>The satin top is espresso brown irl. Most of these pieces are older except the ring and the...</p> <p>Summer pants, never say never. It's been a tough year for skirts (at least in my local shops) but a good year for thin, interesting pants! I've added some Thai harem pants for sleep and tempted to order some sarong pants too. </p> <p>I actually bought 2 pairs of these- this teal and black. They're longer and wider on me than model. Definitely not for 90s and humid, but ok for milder summer days. I've been consciously buying only natural fibers, or blends with mostly natural fibers, and these are 100% cotton. </p> <p>Another style shift is reintroducing blue to my wardrobe (which I was So Off very recently)- in the form of some teal and a lot of navy. I've definitely been shifting to the dark and more neutral end of my Dark Autumn palette.</p> <p>Last style shift, not represented here, is reintroducing prints. I've gone big into Asian prints these days- especially Thai inspired. I have always liked them, but this is the first year I've added so much at once. </p>
