I wore my OTK boots 3 out of 5 work days for many weeks last year. Roxanna, I hear you on the suede, but like you I am very careful with my boots and mostly would wear these on sidewalks where the snow is cleared. I have looked in my closet and see lots of options for this color - provided it is the RIGHT shade and tone. Grey, black, denim, burgundy, olive and navy are all mainstays. For me, living in a similar environment, it would not make sense bc too many days in winter are just slushy/wet/dirty or the ground is covered in salt. Not great conditions for suede boots. I however am obsessed with keeping my boots in pristine conditions, which means I actually take my OTK boots on the bus with me and wear my sorels (ridiculous, i know.) I would just think hard about the weather conditions where you live and whether you are ok with these getting messed up. Given how spendy they are, I would&nbsp;prefer&nbsp;something more neutral (a taupe, grey&nbsp;or something in the brown spectrum) for maximum versatility. But the colour is gorgeous, and if it works for you, I say go for it. I might add, I saw a woman in the street the other day wearing suede boots in this colour (knee high, not OTK) and I almost&nbsp;fainted from a sudden and severe attack of boot envy. The suede ones are three years old and still look good. I used protector and reviver a fair amount.
